Payment
We offer several payment options: prepayment via wire transfer, credit card, PayPal, or direct debit; cash on delivery; and on account (payment due within 14 days, not available in all markets). We reserve the right to restrict the payment method in individual cases. If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide our bank details in your order confirmation. The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days. Refunds are only provided insofar as the claims are valid under our terms and conditions. Usually, goods will be paid for in advance and will be delivered only after receipt of payment.
Shipment Policy
Orders in Germany are shipped via Deutsche Post and Hermes (for order values exceeding €40). International orders are shipped primarily via Deutsche Post / DHL. Under normal circumstances, most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours if the goods are in stock. However, in the event of large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order as soon as possible. We use recycled boxes and packing materials for mail orders.
